Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services ordered from Web Dominix (webdominix.com). Web Dominix is a trading name (DBA) of Brillex Inc, a registered company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Web Dominix" mean Brillex Inc, DBA Web Dominix, and "you" means the customer. By confirming an order or completing payment, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Services

We provide website design and development, e-commerce development, branding, UI/UX design, mobile app development, SEO and digital marketing, video animation, domain and hosting, and related digital services. What is included in your order is set out in the package you select on our website or in the scope we confirm with you in writing (by live chat or email) before payment.

2. How Orders Work

• You choose a package from our Packages page or discuss your requirements with our team by live chat, phone or email.
• We confirm the service, scope and price with you in writing before any payment is taken.
• We then send you a secure payment link. You enter your own billing and card details on our secure checkout page. Our staff never ask for, see or store your full card number.
• After payment, we send you a project brief to collect the information we need to start.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax will be shown before you pay.
• Website and e-commerce packages: most clients pay the full package price upfront. You may instead choose to pay 50% upfront to begin work and the remaining 50% when your website is complete and approved, before it is launched or final files are handed over.
• Other one-time services (such as branding, video or app projects) are paid as confirmed in writing at the time of order, either in full upfront or in stages.
• Recurring services (such as hosting, maintenance, SEO or marketing plans) are billed in advance for each billing period (for example, monthly) until cancelled. See section 8.
• Charges may appear on your card statement as Brillex Inc or Web Dominix.
• Discounts or coupons apply only as stated in their terms and cannot be combined unless we say so.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide the content, images, logins and feedback we need, accurately and on time. Delays in providing these will extend the timeline.
• Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, images or trademarks you send us.
• Review and respond to designs and drafts within a reasonable time.

5. Timelines

Most website projects are completed within 2–4 weeks of receiving your completed brief and content. Larger or custom projects may take longer; we will give you an estimated timeline when we confirm your order. Timelines are estimates and depend on how quickly we receive your content and feedback.

6. Revisions and Approval

• Packages that include "unlimited revisions" cover reasonable changes to the agreed design and scope until you approve it. They do not cover new features, extra pages or a change of project direction, which are quoted separately.
• Your website is treated as approved when you confirm approval in writing, pay the final balance, or allow the site to be launched.

7. Additional Work

Work outside your package or agreed scope (for example, extra pages at $49 per standard page or $99 per custom page, as listed on our Packages page) will be quoted and agreed with you in writing before we charge for it.

8. Recurring Services

• Recurring services renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing info@webdominix.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded once it has started.
• Domain registrations and third-party licences we purchase on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased.

9. Ownership

Once your project is complete and paid in full, you receive full ownership of the final approved design files and website content created for you. Third-party items (such as themes, plugins, stock images, fonts or software licences) remain subject to their own licence terms. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

10. Support

Each package includes 30 days of free support after launch for fixing defects in the work we delivered. Packages that state a longer support or maintenance period (for example, 12 months free maintenance) include that period as described. Ongoing support plans are available separately.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (such as hosting providers, payment gateways or plugins), by content you provide, or by changes made to your website by anyone other than us. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
